Tenelix
Clinical workspace

The visit, on one signed surface.

SOAP-N notes, prescriptions, lab orders, ICD-10 / CPT codes, signing — every clinical artifact for a visit is created, edited, and signed in one place. The provider stays in the chart; the system stays in audit.

Capabilities

What you actually get.

SOAP-N notes

Structured templates with subjective, objective, assessment, plan — and a tenant-defined fifth section.

Prescriptions (eRx)

Structured Rx with medication, dose, frequency, duration. Pharmacy integration on the roadmap.

Lab orders & results

Order labs from the chart, capture results, flag abnormals against reference ranges.

ICD-10 / CPT codes

Code-aware autocomplete attached to assessment and procedure entries.

Signing workflow

Notes lock on sign. Edits after sign require an addendum — the original stays intact.

Visit summary PDF

Patient-facing summary with diagnosis, prescriptions, follow-up — exportable in one click.

Why we built our own editor

Generic rich-text editors don't understand the difference between a subjective and an assessment. Tenelix's clinical editor is structured per section — autosaves continuously, links codes inline, and preserves the legal integrity of a signed note.

The patient binder ships with the patient

Visit notes, prescriptions, lab results, attachments — the full binder is exportable as a .tpb.zip file, importable into any other Tenelix tenant. Patients moving between practices keep their entire record.

  • Cross-tenant transfer with integrity check
  • Patient consent captured and signed
  • Audit trail follows the binder, not just the user
