Operate care at scale, without losing the practice.
Based in Port Harcourt, Nigeria — building for the African healthcare market first, with global ambitions. Tenelix modernizes how clinics operate: patients, scheduling, charts, billing, inventory — on one tenant-aware platform that respects what makes each practice its own.
Why we exist.
Walk into any clinic running on legacy software and you'll find a practice held together by people. The receptionist remembers which insurance the patient prefers. The nurse keeps the actual vital-sign trends in her head. The billing clerk has a private spreadsheet that's the source of truth for outstanding balances.
The software was supposed to remember those things. It doesn't — because the products were designed for billing departments, not for patients. For administrators, not operators.
Tenelix is built the other way around. We start from the front desk and work outward. We assume the doctor wants to stay in the chart, not bounce to a billing tab. We assume the practice manager would rather close the books on a Friday than chase receipts on a Monday.
Care should scale; the practice shouldn't have to.
Operating principles.
Clarity over cleverness
We prefer the boring, well-understood solution. The goal is a system clinics can run for a decade, not a system engineers can flex about.
Audit is the substrate
We don't build security as a feature. Every clinical action emits a structured event from the first migration. Compliance is the spine.
Configuration over forks
Per-tenant feature flags, JSON-driven forms, theming — no clinic should need a code change to fit their workflow.
Operators are the customer
We talk to receptionists, nurses, and billing clerks more than to executives. They're the ones using the product every day.
Small, deliberate.
A small founding team of engineers and clinical operators. We hire slowly, ship continuously, and keep the surface area honest.
If that sounds like a team you'd want to join, tell us.
Ready when you are
Build the future of clinical operations with us.
Whether you're a clinic, a hospital group, or a developer who wants to integrate — we'd love to talk.
